Pros

Brilliant working environment, closely knit and yet super inclusive and welcoming. I had bosses who believed in me and was given a chance of taking the ownership of this job despite initiaL lack of experience. It was the best time as contributed fresh ideas and improved ways of doing things.

Cons

I was thrown at a deep end which could be a con but then i was given time to grow, which was amazing. From my temping experience a lot of companies expect one to be up and running with none or additional training.

Pros

I worked on an exciting and promising project that sat within their Nestlé Skin Health division. I was over the moon when I was hired by the agency partner. I really thought this would be yet another innovative skincare brand I could be proud of having a hand in bringing to life, successfully. If it wasn't for this particular project, I would not have looked twice at Galderma or Nestlé Skin Health.

Cons

Senior management: 1. Doesn't have the right experience for the projects at hand and therefore makes a mess of things 2. Discriminated against women and age: a. If you look younger than you are, you will be ignored and quickly dismissed regardless of your background, experience and title b. If you look younger than you are and have children, they'll joke about how you must have been a teenage mum and high school drop out 3. If you have children, you won't be given the interesting projects 4. Unprofessional - nasty amongst themselves and to others

Cons

Not much career opportunities Heavily reliant on senior management HR is useless Depending on department, it's not what you know it's who you flirt/ suck up to

Pros

Employees are empowered, are given intersting responsibilities and challenges, decision making is reached by consensus, new upper management is really taking the lead efficiently to renew and expand the company, and communicates on a regular base with employees, and the message feels authentic and balanced (no bullshit, I like the communication style)

Cons

None for me, but people who need a highly organised environment might not feel at ease: if you currently plan to join the company you need to have a "start-up mentality". It might change in one year time.
