      Permanent WFH Decent Salary You get to play games while you work

      Overtime is ridiculous and can go for at most 8 hours straight Almost 40 hours of Overtime per month even if its compensated

      Cons

      Overtime Hours can get quite bad, but justified with the compensation. OT is only seasonal so it's not always required.
