      - creativity - personal development - demanding tasks - nice and internal team - great office in the middle of berlin - own responsibilities - table tennis

      Cons

      actually there are not a lot of really bad things. A company of this size (>200 employees) has the common problems (e.g. inefficiency)

      Budget for employee development. nice office environment. mostly friendly and helpful colleagues. free language courses. respect on work/life balance.

      no innovation for a long time. lack of challenges. cool employees left one by one.

      GameDuell offers more personal advancement opportunities

      Pros

      GameDuell facilitates employment and advancement opportunities. I started as a working student at GameDuell, later got the opportunity to work full-time. Multicultural working environment, great to work with people from all over the world. The office space exceptional, it is glazed on all sides. Independent work and responsibility are motivating factors, show personal initiative to get things done.

      Cons

      There is a lack of communication within the teams, regardless of all the team meetings and updates.

      Overall good company with friendly colleagues

      Pros

      I am able to work independently how and on what I think is best for the company. The colleagues are mostly very friendly and easy going. Good atmoshere, nice office. Some nice benefits are offered such as free breakfasts and drinks and sports and language classes.

      Cons

      GameDuell is too inflexible when it comes to pay rises. Also, career development is an issue at GameDuell that needs to be addressed by the management. There are possiblities to develop a carreer at GameDuell, but one has to fight for it on one's own. I also wish work times and home office days wold be flexible. Core work times are 10:30 - 17:00.
