Pros
None, absolutely none, really struggling to think of something but nope, nothing comes to mind.
Cons
My God where do I start? Very poor pay, very long hours. The attitude of one of the office staff was horrendous and talked to you as if you were scum as if she was the MD. Turned out she was just incompetent and liked to pass the buck to hide her considerable short falls. Back stabbing blame culture prevails but probably not for much longer. Senior management are spineless.

-Close knit team who all look out for one another -Flexibility with a focus on work/life balance -Laid back office culture -A sense of being an important cog of the biomedical services machine -Working with partners across Europe, USA and the rest of the world - makes for varied and fascinating work that differs greatly day to day.
Cons
Still a relatively small team - but with scope to grow.
