      Worst employer of the island - abusive behavior

      literally none, wish i could think of something good about that place but I felt threatened the whole time I worked there

      Cons

      100% of employees are scared of management employees did not offer any help at all, in fear that management will find out management threatened me repeatedly (use of abusive language) If we lived in a country where people were aware of their rights as employees, this place would have been locked down years ago not willing to disclose more information as this would easily reveal my identity - in hope that more fellow victims will leave their review

      kind-hearted colleagues. nothing else was good

      unstable higher management. the boss has mental issues. like another review said, the police should be involved. Nobody should be able to get away with such behavior.

      no pros whatsoever. it was beyond scary

      I was young when the owner and CEO of that place abused me, verbally by threatening me repeatedly and yelling at me for no reason, so I did nothing about it. My tenure there was beyond traumatic. His trusted employees stood there, saw what was happening on a daily basis and did nothing, in fear of getting fired, yelled at or just out of habit. I wholeheartedly regret not leaving early on, when I first saw the signs, or for not speaking up. Stay away for the sake of your own sanity. Beyond that, things work slow, they claim to be green but the amount of paper being used in there is crazy high, procedures being followed belong to the 80s.
