      There is no pros for this company, worse environment, senior and team members are selfish like they know everything about application.

      Worse salary structure, no pf deduction, no cab, no hrms, HR like a super boss of company , they are doing only recruitment for company, no cafeteria,leaves policy's

      Appropriate CEO I am not able to find another..

      Cons

      Ceo & upper management is in US, not able to handle office here in Noida. Full of relatives & friends leads to dirty politics. Lack of job security, they fire innocent employees like nothing happens & have no humanity. HR department is so useless & stupid Bad people & energy to work with IT Department is so selfish and dont help employees, they use the new laptop and give employees the used one with so pride & no shame!

      All good reviews are totally fake, all here in this company is politics, gossiping, rather than giving proper training or quality of work, firing people without any notice any time, all in one is that don't ever join this company... Nothing here to learn and grow, except frustrating and toxic environment, I would have given it 0 star.
