Older apts not up to date

Everything else. 1) You will get screamed at by upper management and overworked when most places pay way more for 1/3 of the work load 2) Upper management is delusional and promises promotions that never happen while simultaneously “preparing you by giving more responsibility” which is really just upper management passing off work to the people under them 3) lots of drama 4) illegal activity in certain roles (taking advantage of the power they have) 5) gaslighting 6) unrealistic expectations 7) everyone complains about the same thing and doesn’t get listened to, snaps and quits 8) high turnover which will become your problem (work load not mitigated)
