Pros
HR is wonderful; you will be able to find some really cool people to hang out with; amenities building has a gym; dog friendly
Cons
Onsite only (non-negotiable), no bonuses, no raises, seldom hear of promotions, high turnover, CEO is difficult..., lots of department toxicity, very clique-y environment/atmosphere. Company of ~60 employees. The vast majority are Asian, so if diversity is something you value, you may want to take this into consideration.
