Pros

Civil Rights & Equity in healthcare as a cornerstone of our solutions. Dynamic, committed and successful in the mission of changing outcomes for disenfranchised populations. Doing work that matters.

Cons

Fighting agains fortune 50 companies focused on supporting status quo. The Company must be incredibly resource efficient and has to fight for talent against deep pocketed entities.

Pros

Pay, but it was not worth it.

Cons

-Toxic work environment driven by poor management and unethical practices. -Communication from management was frequently hostile and dismissive, making it difficult to feel supported or valued. -High expectations-- often not included in job responsibilities. -Expressing discomfort was prohibited. -I was promised many things that were not delivered, creating an experience that wasted time that I could have spent gaining valuable experience elsewhere. -Lack of understanding of the mental health field. Those in charge of a company claiming to provide phenomenal mental health care should have the relevant education. Don't try to combine the corporate world with the mental health field. -Flexibility of management was emphasized numerous times during hiring process, yet no flexibility was provided. If you value a positive work culture and ethical management, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
