-Lack of understanding of the mental health field. Those in charge of a company claiming to provide phenomenal mental health care should have the relevant education. Don't try to combine the corporate world with the mental health field.
-Flexibility of management was emphasized numerous times during hiring process, yet no flexibility was provided.
