everything about the job...... There is no management other than a megalomaniac who is the managing director. An out and out bully who is a control freak. The company claw back commission months after they have been signed up. The expenses from staying away are terrible, hardly enough for a B&B never mind a hotel. AVOID Massive turnover of staff and they are never paid what they are owed on last salary. AVOID.
