      Cannot think of anything presently

      1. Owner doesn't belong to the media background, doesn't understand anytging about the industry 2. Neglible clients for around past 4 years 3. Extremely biased and favouritism by the owner 4. High level groupism 5. No respect for senior heads with more experience 6. Compensation is poor, people haven't got appraisals for 2 years straight in a row 7. No proper training for freshers

      Freedom to share your views, Boss is very cool and full of energy, the office timings are convincing and great brands on board.

      Cons

      Too much of hard work so one should be passionate about the work. The company is growing at a faster pace employee joining in should think twice before accepting the hardwork culture.
