Easy life and less work, but not a good company to work for talented people
Pros
- Work is not that much. - Company provides above average accommodation, transport facility, medical benefits and some money in local salary other than your actual salary in USD - Someone who has less desire to grow professionally, this is the best place to work.
Cons
- Management does not understand their employees situation. - The hierarchy is too vertical and there is a lot of difference between a top management person and a normal employee in terms of power and salary. -Very few people work here with responsibility. - They have even installed CCTV cameras all over the complex where the employees live, so there is no personal space available most of the times. - Nigeria as a place is a good place to live but there are many restrictions here, as no one is allowed to go outside after sunset.
