      Pros

      Great Team. Nice and friendly people. Good location. Working on new technology and in a team which is creating cutting edge healthcare platform. Things have changed recently for good.

      Cons

      sometime long work hours and weekends but manageable.

      Pros

      - Current projects in Healthcare and learning the latest in US Healthcare innovation - As software developer got lot of opportunity and responsibility - Direct client facing experience & training on job - New CEO created lots of new processes , training and KT - Market pay - Good location for transport & lunch

      Cons

      - Less team outings and excursions like before

      Thank you. We have initiated more team building activities now and we have moved to a newer office with more space with better transport connectivity to ease the commuting effort for our people.
