      Pros

      Benefits, tuition reimbursement, friendly coworkers, and the brand.

      Cons

      - Management, culture, and clique mentality amongst supervisors who are overworked and who perpetuate a toxic work environment. - About 30 employee layoff in October 2024, in November offered employees with 15+ years a sub-par exit package, and June 2025 layoff of about 50 loyal employees.

      Pros

      WLB is pretty decent, not much if any expectation to work more than 40hrs. Due to the nature of the industry and their clients, work is very steady.

      Cons

      Management is behind the ball on remote work. Lots of legacy workers who are receiving far better benefits than new hires. Despite being a STEM industry/company the software and working knowledge of systems amongst coworkers is quite low/outdated. Managers have little to no experience in how their teams work. Many employees have been in their roles for decades, while they have great experience it doesn't signal a lot of upward trajectory.

      WLB, Flex-time, smart people, time off, salary is good, tuition incentives. So much to learn.

      Cons

      Massive company, not as dynamic, some ageing business practices/software. Some teams are in office despite being entirely computer based, while others are remote.
