      Pros

      Lots of hands on experience, the OR is the best place to be away from everyone and more hands on with patients Learning experience hands on with every procedure

      Cons

      Over worked and underpaid very overwhelming place to work Female doctor is disrespectful disgusting attitude Male doctor treats you like a salve and ask for task he should do for himself like TEA PLEASE, MAIL PLEASE seriously we have more important things to do you can do this yourself Reception/housekeeper management not qualified for the job unprofessional to the fullest. Human Resources also very disrespectful and unprofessional tweaking live on Instagram on office property isn’t a skill to be paid for Billing Team over worked and under staffed Embryology team also over worked under staffed and get disrespect by female doctor every day Medical Assistants are the most over worked with multiple task and are the most disrespected and shamed in public and down talked by the female doctor from incompetent to even yelled at in front of other employees CAs are also overwhelmed and over worked

      unsafe, illegal, dangerous

      Pros

      - the other clinical assistants ur age are helpful and cool to be around

      Cons

      - racist doctors - they only care about money, they will fire you to increase their profits and do not care - everything you do is extremely monitored like 1984 - will fire you for absolutely no reason, essentially taking advantage of the fact that you are a young inexperienced person looking for medical school guidance - get paid nothing for the trauma they put you through - the patients arent spared from their money grabbing tactics either
