There's a culture where if you raise your hand, you get the chance to take on challenges, and even young employees can be promoted to key roles. The company helps people grow by giving them responsibilities beyond their current abilities. The distance between staff and upper management is close. The office is so beautiful that it's been used for filming TV dramas, and there's even a ping-pong table and a mahjong table. Coffee, cocoa, tea, and other beverages are available for free at any time.
Cons
The advertising platform is technologically several steps behind Google and Yahoo. It absolutely cannot be said that the skills gained here will be valuable in the future. With ad operations, if the person in charge doesn't constantly monitor the ad performance, results can deteriorate and revenue can drop significantly, so I had to work even during long holidays.
