You sell your soul to work here. Work hours - must have a solid reason to leave work before 6:30 - even after working a 10+ hr day. They "offer" lunch, aka: they can spy on you and find a way to feed you and get you back to your desk in 15 minutes. Inappropriate relationships between management and employees. CEO is verbally abusive and uses management by fear to get what he wants - then cries here and there to regain trust and empathy of employees. Owners have ZERO moral compass and treat women awfully. Say goodbye to family and friends if you start working here! Work first, colleagues second, team event third, then tend to family and children if you have any energy left.

The entire company is a founder worshipping cult The founder is manipulative, vindictive, immature and jealous of people who are more knowledgeable than he is. Leadership are incompetent strategists with no idea about what it takes to run a company professionally. A privileged Swiss group of people born with a silver spoon in their mouthes, they are comfortable with corruption and grifting while never facing consequences. They think their corruption and abuses would not be called out in the US but are finding the hard way that their approach fails miserably at this side of the Pond. They insist on hiring highly accomplished people in senior positions and then proceed to ignore their advice and expertise. More dangerously, they hire people in junior positions who are easy prey to grooming and brainwashing due to their heartbreaking personal stories. This is exactly what cults do. The founder, meanwhile, has sexual relationships with other members of the company who hold privileged positions.
