Quiet office because senior management often WFH or on the road, business casual attire ok, no one frowns when you leave the office at 5.

Cons

Office is a little dull, with no diversity and same age group, social class folks on show here. They say they want innovation and change, but when it gets down to it, they really don't. It's like a waiting room for retirement. Awful pension provider and no choice offered to employees for pensions.
