      Pros

      Fast paced environment, nice office, experience with many different sectors, smart colleagues, good experience in early career

      Cons

      No work life balance, executive team only cares about money even when working conditions hurt low level employees, extreme workload, 90% white people in leadership positions, African staff are expected to always be available including on weekends, some projects require working weekends for several weeks, constantly adding new bureaucratic protocols, everyone is exhausted, executive team does not recognize the hard work of low level employees and is constantly picking at small mistakes and not recognizing effort
