They are an startup because of the investors, but not because of the culture: fake flexibility, fake culture, very low salaries, to much control of the employees, lots of firings, 0 employment stability, meanness, overwork, awful work environment...

Fine product and tech but terrible management and culture

The tech stack used is modern and the company is well funded enough to ensure there won't be any layoffs just for the money. There's also really smart people working there and it's a great place to learn new things.

Cons

Management is terrible prone to dismiss issues reported by employees without solving the root causes. The culture glorifies workaholism and long hours.
