      Good bonus payout even though company is lacking of projects

      Cons

      Office is rundown and management is extremely old fashioned and inflexible. Leadership is a problem in this company as workload is not delegated properly. Not recommended for graduates as there is no proper guidance.

      u get ur own office space and if u are only focusing on IT operations its ok.

      they are mainly focusing on day to day IT operations eventhough their scope of JD focuses on building software.

      Workload didn't distribute equally. If you didn't know how to reject works, all workload will throw to you while some other staffs can off duty on time.
