Ethical violations, no real concern for clients. Owners are only about the money. Terrible leadership from all levels. False promises instead of wage increases. Owners asked leadership to give fake 5 star reviews on job websites. Students forced to sign contracts by owners and do not receive any supervision as ethically required. BCBA students taken advantage of by overloading their clinical caseload, which is inappropriate for a student.
The program is easy going, kids are fun to work with.
Cons
Lies are told left and right by management as well as educational directors. Company have their "favorite" kids who they focus on more than the other kids. So that means their favorite kid's program comes first. If your a male and encounter sexual harrassment, you may we well go home and cry in a pillow because HR will consider it a joke and ask if your making it up. However, white privilege will change that and they will offer you an increase in pay.
