      Some of the people were nice. Lots of perks with OPAL. Very diverse

      Cons

      There is a negative company culture. Reputation of higher ups not caring about their employees. Lots of gossip

      Pros

      Ethical and morally upstanding physician team; The patient is always first; family work environment; they are fair; state of the art technology ; stays up to date with all medical procedures and research.

      Cons

      Some may consider this a negative but due to our volume, we often need to make last minute staffing changes and some employees are frustrated by this.
