      Good mentorship, creative opportunities, but classic agency timelines

      Pros

      I experienced pretty good mentorship from the top management of the company. We had some really good clients with big names that were good to add to mny portfolio, Some clients were more willing to push the creative boundaries than others, but that's to be expected.

      Cons

      As with a lot of agencies, we often had to work over time and had to be on call even on weekends or holidays.

      Cons

      Career progression can feel limited at times, and internal dynamics may occasionally make it harder for new joiners to settle in. Like many agencies, workload can spike during peak campaign periods.

      Pros

      - Hybrid work mode so your weekends aren't disturbed. - Salary is better than what's out there. - Work place culture tends to have empathy for staff. - Location is 7 mins to Orchard Road.

      Cons

      - Not every project comes through in order. Some are very distructive to your planning. - Project roles are always expected to carry the team forward. Maybe we can plan that also.
