+ Great product + Ambitious, smart, professional and fun colleagues + Vibrant and inclusive culture with great employee onboarding + A lot of opportunities to learn and grow with many internal promotions. +Very high focus on employee satisfaction, well-being and career development.

Cons

- As the company experiences hyper-growth there are some growth pain and frequent changes in the organization - Managers have a tendency to not act on low performers, or at least act too late - Bonus system is complex and difficult to understand

- One of the best eSign tools in the market. - Well funded. - Helpful team, across countries. - Autonomous days.

Cons

- Moonshot budgets - means you rarely hit targets = bad pay. - Low base salaries. - In the contract it says that the work will amount to a specific number of hours, but that is impossible to hold. - As an AE you will have to work overtime, not-paid, if you want to hit targets and have a good salesprocess. As an SDR/BDR you will book a lot of bad deals just to hit targets. All while the management will preach "quality over quantity".
