      Okay company to start off in. General day to day work is very boring and the same. But some good friendly staff.

      Not a lot of progression, left for a better position as it was not available here.

      Pros

      As everyone is fresher from weak background, the environment was friendly. Good only for internship.

      Cons

      The work happens in silos, so you can only learn a few things. The writing is extremely monotonous and you have no idea what the purpose is. No practical training in SEO, only theory. Targets set are unrealistic and quantity is favoured over quality. It's a content factory and there is no attempt to give ownership for work. Extremely manual work, not challenging at all.
