Good place for Politically skilled people, who knows how to work as a slave and butter top mgt. Look busy do nothing approach. I worked for a long time but and at the end, things changed dramatically ! it was my mistake to trust my director !

Cons

FIRE FIGTHING EVERY DAY, specially IN HR dept. absence of basic management insights. no care for employees.
