None........ worst interview with employer I've ever experienced, worst first day of work I've ever experienced, worst communication skills by an employer I've ever experienced, worst atmosphere I've ever had to work in. Very suppressive environment.
Cons
Work space not set up for you when you arrive. No communication with employees, employer barely speaks proper English. No warnings given by employer, just yells or is rude to everyone. Horrible environment to work in.
