      Pros

      True Startup - Tech and Culture Smart and innovative product line A lot of opportunities for youngsters Management is heavily investing on younger talent Technically sound management, the CEO even gets down to code and architecture, so cant fool around. Very fast environment

      Cons

      Management is slow to remove bad performers HR is very slow and Salary on 7th Recruit better people, instead of recruiting and firing bad people.

      Nothing much. They have some projects from USA and got knows how they have been surviving so long

      1. No proper process. Everyone is asked to do everything 2. No proper guidance given. 3. CEO's only job is to come in the call and start yelling at everyone.
