I worked at Global full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good place to work, some good culture embedded (commitment to in house charity etc), and exciting environment and a lot of talented people doing what they love

    Cons

Some big egos roam the hallways, and diversity is shockingly lacking (at most levels, but the board in particular is one of the least diverse you could come across)

I worked at Global full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Flexible, my manager & other staff were lovely, offices are nice

    Cons

Didn't receive much training despite it being my first ever sales role, ended up getting paid off with a weeks notice before my probation period was over due to not making enough sales. Only work here if you enjoy being constantly under pressure & stressing out 24/7. I was making myself physically ill at the end of every month when targets weren't being hit. Far too much pressure is being put on employees to hit completely unattainable targets. I'm now left with severe anxiety when it comes to work and I am constantly terrified of being paid off. I would absolutely not recommend unless you are a seasoned sales professional that doesn't mind hounding people day in day out to get a sale.
