the only pros in this place that all developer are friends , but the most of them leave

This place can't be company like any usual one , it's a place managed by Foolish man , building ERP system ( is shame on software ) , every day come with new idea dropped the one developed the day before , they deal with developers as government employees.I may have to talk about cons days and days , don't ever think to deal this this company

for the intern you will or entry level you will take you Freedom to to modify coding for java developer. but if you in mid level the company not good for you

bad environment, and the company ,the owners of company is relatives, you will find the father and the son and the brother, Sister husband, The turn over in the company is so high, cause no one can not bear the situation, low salaries, and every day is hard day, They have a system of deductions from salaries like A quarter of an hour delay is deducted a quarter of a day of your salary, half an hour, is half a day, an hour is full day , you will not get the flexibility environment, and company have bad management,
