Pros

There is no good competition. If you are good at politics and can boast your work you will get good pay.

Cons

Directors present opportunities as heavy workloads. Lack of consideration for individual circumstances. Directors engage in unproductive discussions about employees. Management decisions are sophisticated but may lack clarity. Long work hours impact work-life balance negatively. Inadequate compensation and a naive Key Performance Assessment (KPA) scoring system. Insufficient leadership results in minimal guidance. Individuals are assigned to multiple projects, resulting in overallocation, frequent meetings, and a lack of work-life balance.

Pros

I joined the company on November 21, 2024, as a Full Stack Intern, and now I’m working as a Full-Time Associate Software Engineer. It’s been an amazing journey so far — I’ve learned a lot, grown both technically and personally, and truly enjoyed the experience. During my internship, I got to work with a variety of technologies like Angular, .NET Framework, SQL, Spring Boot, Vue.js, PostgreSQL, Python FastAPI, and AWS. I even got the chance to apply these skills to a real project — ShopAll, an e-commerce website — which really helped me understand how everything connects in a full-stack environment. The work culture here is really positive. My colleagues are super supportive and feel more like friends than coworkers. There’s always someone ready to help, and that makes a huge difference. Our lunch group is honestly one of my favorite parts of the day — we have a great time together and it keeps the atmosphere light and fun. The company also has a good referral policy. I referred one of my friends who now works here full-time too, and I received the referral reward — which was a nice bonus! Overall, it’s been a really rewarding experience, and I’m genuinely happy to be part of this team. I’ve learned so much in a short time, and I’m excited to keep growing here.

Cons

Salary might be little low. Need to complete 9 hours. Only get WFH after 1 year.
