Cool office + some good social events Ability to work from home

Felt as though the money spent on the office could have been added to the low salaries Micro management and little room to be creative without being shut down Weird dynamics with top management - often making comments about people’s appearance or sexual preference, never knew what mood they would be in Work all seemed to be a little meaningless and lots of silly box-ticking tasks
