Pros
Making more money than I would anywhere else. Friends working in finance and tech are jealous of the money being made here. Tight knit environment where productivity is everything and not too KPI focused. Results matter most. Holiday Trip to Banff skiing coming up after hitting incentive target. Young group 32,32,26,24 years old. We have music going on all day. Happy hours and mini incentives are commonplace and almost always worth going to.

Learned a lot of new market knowledge & great leadership.

Job becomes your life as you're in office from 8am-6pm & usually spending 2hrs of additional work to be completed out of office (daily). This became a 10-12hr a day job rather than the 8hr day which I thought I signed up for.
