good colleagues friendly environment good benefits ( medical insurance, grocery subsidy, stock market share) job security nice working office ( + coffee and vending machines, lunch)

Cons

1- micro-management 2- weak HR ( HR? No - Threatening Department? Yes) 3- managers love rumours and office tea instead of employees' performance :D So, there are not fair and reasonable chances of promotions and raises, especially for older employees.
