      + Very happening place. You'd get exposed to a lot of challenges. Perfect setup to grow. + The team does not shy away from changing strategies and keep trying new stuff + A very diverse team. Its a joy to work with people with different perspectives + You get to tackle a wide range of problems + Decent salary range

      - Nothing much really. It's all upto you to make the best of it

      1. Amazing team dynamics and work enthusiasm

      1. Co-founders are in confusion all the time about the process to be implemented. 2. Zero communication flow from the top management to team members 3. Entire team is confused about the priority of work assigned to them. 4. No Salary revision / zero number of sessions held to discuss employee benefits 5. Exceptional consistency in ignoring the achievements
