      Pros

      Learn to avoid offers from this kind of company and glad I got offer from another place. Some colleage is nice.

      Cons

      1. Micromanagement, the owner will ask you hows the progress is every hr 2. 0 direction for product 3. Owner is rude 4. No training or what so ever 5. Owner sometimes asks for zoom and monitor your screen 6. Some direct quotes from the owner you definitely will hear some E.g. "why you ask this kind of stupid question?", "so stupid", "holy mother of god" etc..

      Good as a First Job out of School

      Pros

      I got to actually use a lot of web technologies, which really spiced up my resume. Close to a skytrain station, 7-Eleven, and many small shops and restaurants. A relaxed and convenient neighbourhood.

      Cons

      Paid just enough to survive in Vancouver. Did not reward for contributing more. Never gave raise until I got a job offer from elsewhere. Discourages people from using vacation days; however, he did pay me for those unused vacation days. The projects lack focus. The manager isn't clear about what he wants to build. No healthcare coverage.
