      Pros

      I like GovPredict because the company uses high end technologies and tools, enabling me as a software engineer to develop a more sophisticated platform for our clients. Everything is set up in a very professional way and our team stays accountable to each other. Very happy with the company culture! I also like the management, the CEO and the CTO are responsive and understanding. As for traveling, GovPredict organizes annual team meetups in different cities of the world.

      Cons

      There are no free fruits and cookies in the kitchen. They reward us for performance and always push us to grow, so it feels like they really care.

      Pros

      - My coworkers are friendly and professional. They all have cool hobbies, come from different parts of the world and speak several languages. It's a great pleasure to collaborate with them and have interesting conversations outside of work - You can work remotely from anywhere you want - The stack is continuously growing and I'm learning a lot - The tasks are really interesting and nobody else in the world does what we do!

      Cons

      - Sometimes you can be assigned tasks you weren't expecting to have to deal with. Stepping outside of your comfort zone is a great plus and allows you to acquire new skills, but it's not for everybody
