Pros
The team at Grand Classroom is a family in the realest sense of the word. They make you feel welcome and even a midday call to the CEO is easy. Not to mention a healthy travel schedule to national parks.
Cons
The company has been around for 20 years but sales strategy hasn’t changed much. There is a constant worry that you’ll lose your job if your colleagues outsell you. As a salesperson you don’t feel as though you’re part of a team, more like a mad dash to outsell your peers. They invest almost no time into marketing and growth. The old way is certainly the preferred way at Grand Classroom.
