My experience at this organization was largely shaped by a workplace culture that tolerated favoritism and lacked accountability from leadership. Opportunities, recognition, and advancement often appeared to depend more on personal relationships with management than on performance or qualifications.
Leadership did not seem willing to address concerns raised by employees about fairness or workplace culture. When issues were brought forward, they were often dismissed or ignored rather than taken seriously.
As concerns continued to arise this was discussed with the corporate ethics department which was “dismissed.”
With my extensive background in healthcare I have never experienced a healthcare system of this magnitude that condones a culturally and ethically unjust workplace.
