Management gets no where with employee requests and recommendations because the board shuts them down. Employee concerns are addressed with vague responses and buying themselves time. No bonus pay at some areas. No raises other than the cost of living 2%. Getting paid several dollars less here than other places.

Since 2008 and the introduction of new leadership, the hospital doesn't value its employees. The nurses have no voice and are over worked and understaffed. They continue to employ managers that lack leadership skills, play favortism constantly, and do not have the knowledge or people skills that are needed for mamagement to be successful. They have taken a community/family atmosphere and made it a hostile/difficult work environment. The nurses/aides/secretaries have remained professional through it all and deserve great credit for it.
