1. High security, coz they barely can't keep any staff long. 2. Salary on-time 3. Many staff benefit 4. Free lunch
Cons
1. Hard to get PR, too many applying at the same time. 2. Too many levels of reporting, kicking balls all the time. 3. No proper on-boarding, expect you to fly on your first day. 4. Shouting instead of proper guidance. Very corporate practice. 5. Don't expect to make any friends. 6. Too many old staff = no flexibility = always stand in the way 7. Bias on different standards. 8. Head so small, but wear big caps.
