1. Toxic management, they do not respect anyone, always ready to insult their employees in front of everyone. The sales director abuses Managers directly on Whatsapp groups containing 25+ members. He has no empathy towards any employee, no leaves are given, LOP is marked even if the leave was approved by the manager. Expected to work on the last 2 sundays every month even though it's 6 working days, employees are treated like machines, doesn't matter if you achieve targets or not.
2. The manager is very partial, good leads are passed on only to kissasses.
3. ABSOLUTELY NO WORK LIFE BALANCE.
4. Employees are made to work for 15+ days continuously without a break.
5. No hike or appraisals given to employees even if they have achieved targets. False promise throughout the year, fake forms made to be filled in the name of appraisals.
6. NO AFTER SALES SUPPORT GIVEN TO ANY CLIENT.
7. We're made to false promise support to client, once payment is made no one really cares, neither the Customer success team nor the managers. The CSM team head straight up denies providing any support to beginner clients as they wont generate any revenue.
8. You are made to take client meetings even on sundays, sickdays and on holidays as well.
This whole company is Bogus, feels like a circus! No perks at all in this company except free coffee from the coffee machine and mariegold biscuit.
