      Pros

      The work gives me opportunities to build relationships with candidates and clients. I learn how to manage schedules, coordinate interviews, and keep hiring processes moving forward. The colleagues I work with are supportive and knowledgeable. I am more comfortable handling responsibilities independently than when I first started.

      Cons

      Certain openings attract a large number of applicants and finding the right candidate can be stressful sometimes.

      Pros

      Different personalities and conversations throughout the day. A lot of coordination among candidates, clients, and internal teams. Improving my communication skills and confidence in handling scheduling changes and last-minute updates. Often fast-paced, but coworkers help each other when the tasks pile up.
