      Close knit coworkers and good lower management

      Cons

      Job insecurity, low pay, insurance isn't always available or paid on time by the company even if you pay for it, trucks were repoed with tools of employees inside

      Make own schedule. Pay is what you make it. Helpful training.

      Wasn’t told a way to track sales at the time just have to basically trust you’re being paid out on your sales and trust that you’re getting paid what your gross actually is. CRM was an absolute mess
