There is nothing that can remotely be a pro
Cons
Location - You have to cross a slum, travel through some of the worst maintained roads in India to reach office. Expect a dirty muddy knee high water every day in rainy season. Water gets stuck even in a drizzle. Pigs roam abound. Situated beside a train line. Management - Doesn't want to spend any money and expect everything in return. There are many irregularities in company policy. Does not provide a proper pay slip. No PF or Mediclaim Have to share workplace with marketing teams of UD Marketing. Floor situation extremely bad. Unsafe for women Traffic - As Majherhat bridge has collapsed travelling with a car takes a huge time. Days of work - Open on alternate Saturdays. Upkeep - Unclean toilets and floors. Management uses separate bathrooms.

1)short working hours 2)good learning experience for interns 3)good space to work if you are on bad time of your career or want some hand-on experience as a college student. 4)you could be assigned to do anything anywork literally anything
Cons
small office area is not good too much water logging low pay and no fooding
