Pros

At first , the opportunities seems quite tempting and the management , especially the leadership is quite enthusiastic about work at hand but well eventually everything tumbles down within time. It has potential but with wrong set of people handling it , the same set , who won't be employed anywhere else but here. The Trifecta .

Cons

1)No sense of professionalism 2)Boss can abuse you and you have to be totally okay about that. 3)After a while , nothing you do would be good enough and would be chalked as being distracted all the time . 4) oh , also they have this strange policy of paying half amount of your first month salary after six months. It was difficult to understand it at first but well , it has probably one of the most amazing employee turnover ratio , which is saying something. 5) They crush your soul while paying peanuts .

Pros

There are no more pros for Grey Matters other than its brand name, which also of no use if you don't have proofs at the end that you've worked at Grey Matters.

Cons

They've not provided any joining letter, relieving certificate at time of joining and resigning the institute. They don't keep any records of past employees which is vital when you switch any organization. Work atmosphere is very bad, upper management impose unnecessarily restrictions.
