      Pros

      Gridlex has a inclusive environment and company takes strict action against anyone who behaves otherwise. You'll be able to learn a lot during your time here, if you are a fresher. Won't have too much job pressure.

      Cons

      A reason for lagging in progress is the micromanagement by the boss. Building infrastructure is also bad.

      they will call you continuously without no reason and during interview they only waste your time , will not give you any offer . During interview they will expect knowledge more than senior person . After giving all answer they will reject you by giving very silly reason.
