Would be a great place to work if some toxic staff left

Staff have habit of throwing each other under the bus while upper management doesn't hear everyone out. Nepotism and bigotry seemingly accepted and filters top down. Aggressive upper management. Not a nice work environment for a small studio. Turnstyle of staff with mass walkouts.
