Cons

The current HR function is ruining the company with their philosophy and ways of working. Our HR director is totally out of her depth and she creates an unfriendly distrusting culture on her own team and across the company. We are in conversations with our German headquarters about the function and hopefully the situation will be rectified. I attended 1 meeting where she said "I am not here to make friends!!! " what kind of professional says this?

There are none - it’s an non compliant if your face fits organisation where the management have sordid extra marital affairs and this is ok accepted - disgusting !

You’ll only get on here if your face fits Back stabbing Appalling HR Low pay Non compliant - managed to get several clauses including a clause 2 ! Management all having affairs with each other ! Honestly avoid

Competitive salary. Offers opportunities to people who have less experience or gaps on cv. Your experience will depend on your team and your manager. Employees overall are a good bunch.

Cons

Extreme compliance led culture and micro management structure. Lots of paperwork which can affect the work life balance. Management will be constantly making judgements about you, let's hope you are a culture fit otherwise you are gone. That's business right?'
